Withdrawal from the contract

In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll., you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to proceed?

To return the goods, please follow these steps:

• Pack the glasses – we recommend packing the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
• We recommend filling out the Withdrawal Form below, or you can download the form, fill it out, and include it in your package - you can download the form by clicking this link.
• Send the product to our address – send the product to the following address: DUOS online, s. r. o., Dunajská 3, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovak Republic
• Wait for a response – as soon as we receive the sent product, our staff will assess the situation and we will contact you immediately regarding the next steps.
• We will refund your money – after inspection and subsequent feedback, we will refund your money. This process takes approximately 2 - 7 working days. The payment will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your order, or to an IBAN bank account number.

If you chose cash on delivery for your order, this fee will not be refunded upon the subsequent return of the order.
