The voucher can only be used in the e-shop.

A digital gift voucher with a generated code will be sent to your email address immediately after your order has been paid for.

Instructions on how to use the voucher:

1. Add products of any value to your cart.

2. Below the cart, you will find a field labeled "Your code," where you enter the voucher code.

3. Click the "Apply" button.

4. Once the code is applied, the price of your order will be reduced.

5. You can then complete your order and proceed to payment.

Terms and conditions of voucher use:

- only one voucher can be used per order

- the voucher can be used multiple times until its full balance is depleted; it does not need to be used in a single purchase

- the voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, with no possibility to extend this validity period

- redemption for or exchange for cash is not possible

- you can use the voucher for all products in our e-shop

- in the event of a purchase for a lower value than the voucher, the remaining credit will be saved and can be used for a future purchase

- you may pay the price difference using any payment method

- in the event of a return of goods for which a digital gift voucher was used, a new voucher of that value will be issued
