Withdrawal from the contract

In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Z. z., you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How should I proceed?

To return the goods, please follow these steps:

• Pack the glasses – we recommend packing the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
• We recommend completing the online withdrawal form below. Alternatively, you can download the form here, complete it and enclose it in your parcel - you can download the form by clicking this link.
• Send the product to us – send the product to the following address: DUOS online, s. r. o., Dunajská 3, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovak Republic
• Wait for a response – once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and contact you promptly with the next steps.
• We will refund your money – after inspecting the product and contacting you, we will process your refund. This process takes approximately 2 - 7 working days. The payment will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your order, or by bank transfer to the account identified by the IBAN.

If you chose cash on delivery for your order, this fee will not be refunded upon the subsequent return of the order.
